My name is Dr. Griffin Meyers, and I’m a NJ licensed Physical Therapist and the proud founder of Braveheart Physical Therapy.

At Braveheart Physical Therapy, my goal is to offer a personalized and comprehensive approach to recovery, movement, and performance. With a foundation in sports and orthopedic physical therapy, I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and stay active through one-on-one, intentional care. I’m excited to partner with Vision to create an environment where members can thrive and stay aligned with their fitness and wellness goals.

I’m a Bergen County native with a lifelong passion for health and fitness. I studied Exercise Science at Ithaca College, where I was also a member of their NCAA Lacrosse team and club Ice Hockey. Afterward, I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York Medical College. Outside of work, I love being active—whether I’m golfing, fishing, snowboarding, biking, or spending time with my wife and golden retriever. I’m always trying something new and embracing an active lifestyle!
