Physical Therapy

Each session ranges from 45 to 90 minutes and includes a comprehensive injury screen, movement assessment, and hands-on manual therapy. You'll also receive targeted mobility and corrective exercises tailored to your needs. This offering includes everything provided in our Tune-Up and Stretching sessions for a complete, personalized experience.

Tune Up

This 25 to 40-minute session focuses on restoring mobility and reducing tension through soft tissue mobilization, cupping, joint mobilization, and IASTM (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization). It’s a great option for quick relief and performance prep or recovery. This session also includes everything offered in our Stretching sessions.

This 15 to 25-minute sessions are perfect pre- or post-workout to help improve range of motion, flexibility, and overall mobility. We'll stretch upper and lower body soft tissue and joints to loosen tight muscles and ease stiffness. It's a focused session designed to support your fitness goals and keep you moving well.
